Perfect experience and gift for my family. Lisa is talented, friendly, and made this session for for not just me, but for my husband, mother, mother-in-law, and 3 dogs! She knows how to perfectly capture pure joy on the camera, and her ability to get all 3 dogs to smile at the camera, simultaneously, is pure magic. The photos speak for themselves.

“Just A Pet”?

Abso-freaking-lutely not.

Framed photograph of a pug sitting on a tree root above a green mid-century modern sofa in a stylish living room

My first dog, a black Lab named Elwood, was my best friend for 12 years. Looking back, it breaks my heart that I only have two photos of us together.

Your pet means the world to you, just like Elwood meant to me. They shouldn't be trapped on a screen. My mission is to transform your everyday moments into bold, personality-filled artwork you'll cherish on your walls for decades.

What Lisa specializes in:

  • Black-and-white dog sitting on a white armchair against a dark background

    Studio

It’s all about your pet under lights for these sessions. You have the choice of in Lisa’s dedicated studio space where we fully customize the experience tailored to your unique style & preferences. Lisa also can bring a simple studio setup to your home for older or nervous pets.

  • White Labrador Retriever dog running through shallow turquoise ocean water, splashing beneath a bright blue sky on Honeymoon Island State Park in Dunedin, Florida.

    Outdoor On Location

We discuss the physical abilities of each pet individually, your aesthetics, color palate & Lisa’s signature style and form a well curated location that molds all the elements above into one cohesive, bold, personalized photo shoot.

  • Two-panel image of a French Bulldog, sitting on a blue blanket-covered trunk against a black background above, and wearing a red collar outdoors below to show a hybrid pet portrait session option.

    Hybrid

Our hybrid sessions offer the best of both worlds—seamlessly tailored sessions featuring both classic studio & dynamic outdoor portraits. Every detail is thoughtfully planned around your pet’s energy and comfort, giving us the flexibility to shoot either back-to-back on the same day or split them into two separate sessions at no additional charge.

“My dog can’t be off leash….”

Your pet's security is non-negotiable. Outside of enclosed environments, we keep dogs safely secured using Hund Haus Snap-Lock Leashes. This setup allows our team to safely work up-close with your dog while giving you hands-free control—so you can relax, focus on your poses, and enjoy a completely stress-free shoot.

With complete handler and leash removal included in post-processing, your final artwork will look entirely effortless & natural like this example here:

"Very detailed within her editing process"

Lisa is a naturally gifted photographer both in the shots she captures and the images she creates. Lisa is very detailed within her editing process, and she advocates her clients as a top priority (let’s just say, she will go to the fullest extent to get the shot she can see in her mind!).

Dork Daisy Photography has produced many images for myself, family, and business over the years. She maintains professionalism in her practice and is fair in her pricing and services. I cannot say enough good things about Lisa and her creative nature, I highly recommend her!
